About E-TEACH Curriculum Refinement Faculty Development Technology Integration Ongoing Support

Course activities will engage preservice teachers in the use of student performance data to make informed decisions related to the integration of technology. Learners develop a deeper understanding when they build and manipulate models in contexts that approximate the ˇ°real-worldˇ° (White & Frederiksen, 1998). For example, visualization and analytical tools used in math and science profoundly change the role of teachers and how students learn in the classroom (NRC, 2002, p.215).
